Kazan in Vacaville

Kazan is not my favorite Sushi place in Vacaville. The service is always sub par in my opinion. The reason for recieveing three stars instead of four, however, is that the sushi quality is ok and the flavor is always great. I have never had an actual food problem or cleanliness complaint, just poor service. The bathrooms have always been clean also. As far as food goes, everything is "fine".

I actually was suprised that vacaville would have a decent sushi place, but this place was good, my only dissatisfaction was our waitress. The Hawaii role, Thursday role, and Kazan 2 role were delicious.

Good sushi, busy place and nice atmosphere

I have been a regular here for years now with my parents. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional to say the very least. The place is always clean and although it shares a plaza with other businesses, often has a lot of parking. The sushi is very reasonably priced for the quality you get and a large selection of specialty rolls and sashimi are available. 5/5 Quality 5/5 Staff 5/5 Price TLDR; Price = Fair Quality= Exceptional Staff= Friendly and Professional Recommend? Yes

There's no place like Home....There's no place like Home! I'm not talking Wizard of Oz. This place "Kazan's" deserves every star they get- nothing but great experiences and food. Our family enjoys this place.

Horrible customer service. Walk in to eat dinner Never was greeted. Watch the staff walk by me several time never said. Well be right with you. Nothing never acknowledged Walk out and will never back. This wasnt the first time either happen last month I was giving them another chance.

It was ok. Not great. One of the waitresses was on her phone pretty much the whole time. I doubt I'll be back.

Good food good service

I walked in and was like "do you guys have good sushi?" And they were like heck yeah! Then it began, it felt as if i were a (nice) great white shark swiming through a world of beautiful fish offering themselves to my ever so hungry appetite. By time i was done i was like a whale that had just beached. Thank you Kazan Thank you.

Probably the worst sushi restaurant I have been at, ordered just salmon and 1 roll and took more than 1 hour because someone behind ordered a lot of things so they decided to do his order first instead of mine.

I love their variety of rolls and that you can get interesting ingredients on them not found at other sushi places. My friend and I wanted to sit at a table but they didn't have any available at the moment so they let us sit at the bar and have a drink until a table opened up. Our server was very sweet and attentive and I enjoyed my two rolls immensely.

I like Kazan for their consistency in making Chirashi to go.

This place was wonderful. We were in town for business, a group of 5, so we went family style and tried six different rolls. Each one was delicious. The service was good and prices fair. Will definitely go again.

Kazan is always friendly and yummy, no matter what you order. Me I really like sashimi. And that's a 4.75. Sorry 5 means you can't do better and you can always do better.

If this were smash or pass, I’d smash. This place is amazing. The service was great, the sushi was excellent. Don’t pass this place up.

Amazing food, but one of the waitresses is probably one of the rudest I have ever encountered. She is weirdly judgemental of us drinking and condescending. Basically, she hurt my feelings haha but the food is really good and we always have a good time despite her. I hope she's alright.

Sushi was very disappointing. Was warm when served and the Chicken katsu Don was very soggy when it arrived.

Haven't been a yelper before. Actually this is my first review here. It is so satisfying to have a platform like this to share good and bad reviews. Today, I'm gonna share a good one about this Japanese restaurant which is one of my top places for dining and having lunch. Big selection of various dishes. Great place to visit with friends. the pricing is reasonable, too.

I liked it! Service was nice. The fake crab on the ca roll was a lil salty but that could just be the meat.

Most of the time sevice and food was good.But may be tonight being Friday, they were very busy.My order was forgotten and when I reminded the wait staff, my order came not properly cooked. Another waitress put in mu order again, put one oxf my order back on the grill.Then it took about an hour for the rest of my order to come to our table. My friend finally ate her food because she was tired of waiting for my food to come out of the kitchen. We decided to fake everything to go, and also agreed n9t to come back on Friday nights.

DELICIOUS. SUSHI. GET THE KAZAAN ROLL.
